What you’ll receive

  • Before you start, please refer to the instructions and QR code within the packaging. This will answer all queries for your installation and motor set up.
  • The blind is supplied in your chosen fabric with the motor already in place.
  • All necessary brackets are supplied for the blind. We will include screws and plugs, however, it is important to use the correct screws for the surface that you are installing to.
  • The motor has an integral rechargeable li-ion battery, this is not visible as it is within the roller tube. Your motor has been charged for at least 3 hours already which should give around 4-6 months use. We recommend giving the blind a full charge prior to installation.
  • The top and bottom limits are already set based on the measurements provided.
  • Remote controls are not supplied with every blind, these must be purchased separately. For more information on the required number of remotes please refer to the Knowledge Centre.
